A recent issue of the magazine includes a list of 10 activities to enhance your brain health. The list includes many activities, I would call important for the general welfare. In this competitive environment, there is a tendency for health to forget and hard to look for a job or a job. It 'important to step back and make sure we take care of it. You may want to try some of these 10 activities:

It reminds me of a Miss Mary Mac, a game I played as a child.
Disable the soul - with meditation, yoga or a walk to help in the forest, a clear mind. Many of us have become very active mind. Some of the chatter is strong and negative. It 'important to regularly take time to clear your mind. While a few deep breaths to clean your body and mind.
Get 8 hours of sleep a night - your brain needs a break.This is the time for them to consolidate the day of remembrance. Give your brain at this time by eight hours of sleep. Many studies show people in the U.S. do not sleep enough!
Be creative - use your imagination every day. Take the time to paint, add your magazine, create a new website, write a poem or do anything that the right (creative) side of the brain used.
Spend time with friends - you stay all the time, yourBrain in slow mode. (Solos to be aware of.) Friends, relatives and colleagues to help you engage in life and keeps the brain active and working. How sociable is good for your brain and mind. People with a strong community of friends and live life longer and happier in general. (On the web is good for your brain!)
Eat a proper diet - Include fruits and vegetables in your diet with whole grains and fish. My parents say, I was fishingBrain Food. I think they were right!
Have regular checkups with your doctor - blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, cholesterol are all important for the proper functioning of the brain. Make sure in the normal range and, if not to your doctor to have them in control work.
